Purchase PCRunLog.

There are three purchase options: by credit card online, check, and credit card over the phone. You may use these three options to purchase the Activation Key, which will enable a previously installed Trial/Demo version, or a compact disc, which contains the installer and Activation Key.

How to purchase:

  • Online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express only) click on the approriate button below in the credit card section.
  • By phone: To keep costs down, we only do email customer support. However since emailing credit card information is not secure, you may contact support@akcomplish.com with your phone number, and what time to call you, and someone will call you to take your credit card info over the phone. Important: please do not ever email us your credit card information! Once we charge your credit card successfully, you will be emailed the activation key.
  • By check (drawn in US dollars) payable to AKCOMPLISH LLC. You may mail a check to:

    Make sure your correct name, address and email address is included. The Key will be emailed to you and the CD & Key will be mailed to you by USPS Priority Mail once your check clears.

  • The Activation Key is $14.99 regardless of purchase method, because it does not involve shipping.

  • The compact disk, for non-NJ residents is $15.99 + shipping via USPS Priority Mail which is $3.85 (within the US). NJ state residents will additionally be charged 6% sales tax. For the case of a check, make sure your name and address are accompanied by your check, so we know exactly who and where to send it.

    The amounts for a cd is: New Jersey residents: $21.03 and non-New Jersey residents: $19.84

    You will be redirected to the Authorize.net purchase page where you can enter your credit card safely and securely. When the purchase goes through successfully, you will be emailed the Activation Key as well as being shown the same Activation Key in the browser. Once you have it you can copy and paste it into the appropriate location in the software. See the help.htm for details on entering the Activation Key.

    note: You must contact us within 60 days of purchase to report the issues below:

    If you purchase an Activation Key and it does not work (i.e. does not take the software out of trial mode) contact support@akcomplish.com and we will work to resolve your issue. If support determines the unlikely event your software cannot be made to work, we will refund your $14.99
    If your CD is defective or damaged during shipping or cannot be read by your cd reader, contact support and we will try to get it working for you. We may send you another CD or refund your money, as appropriate.
